Czech-speaking Helpdesk Analyst

Our leading IT provider partner company is building a new team for their project and they are looking for candidates for Czech-speaking Helpdesk Analyst position in Budapest with hybrid working option.
Main responsibilities:

  • Support the customers using your outstanding language skills
  • Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chat
  • Solve the requested IT-related issues of the customers
  • Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level


Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovakian and English
  • 1 year's experience in customer service or IT support
  • Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
