Customs Supervisor

Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:
Manage daily import & export customs clearance, follow up transportation status of shipment, contact broker and monitor the completion of process in time;
Manage the document creation of import & export process, review all information before submitting to authorities, ensure all is accurate and compliant with rules;
Establish and improve company rules and regulations in compliance with internal and external regulations;
Coordinate AEO application;
Supervise customs broker, control costs and payments;
Manage customs documentation and system master data maintenance, handle all relative documents and reports;
Prepare and support audits.

Above 5 years experience in customs clearance;
Familiar with regulation of local customs;
Skilled of HS code definition, rules of certificate of origin;
Higher education degree (Bsc or above);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Hungarian and English;
Strong teamwork management ability; strong ability to resist pressure, responsible and proactive;
Very good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, ability to build strong relationships;
Familiarity with bonded processes is a plus.
