Customs Clearance Support - get your new student job today!

Location: Maglód

Tasks:

• Support the customs team with basic system operations related to customs clearance
• Assist with downloading, organizing and uploading manifest files, T documents and other customs-related documents
• Check goods arrival status, document status and customs clearance progress in the system
• Assist in checking the completeness and accuracy of customs clearance documents
• Based on customs feedback, help the customs team pass inspection & handling requirements to the warehouse team
• Under the guidance and review of the formal customs staff, assist with basic operations in systems
• After customs release, help update the system status to ensure the warehouse team can continue the outbound & delivery process
• Strictly follow confidentiality requirements regarding customs data and customer information
