Customer success learning & development trainee

Our partner, NielsenIQ, studies consumer society in more than 100 countries worldwide and across 47 markets in Europe, with the aim of providing their clients with the most comprehensive possible insight into consumer trends. They believe that innovation is the key to success, which is why they strive to develop increasingly effective solutions that enable their partners to meet consumer expectations.

Feladatok:

• Help create presentations, job aids, newsletters, communication materials, and training content
• Support the team’s day-to-day work on global learning and knowledge projects
• Support digital learning content and Learning Management System activities
• Use AI and digital tools to improve content, communication, and workflows
• Prepare simple reports and insights about training content usage
• Help organize project materials, timelines, and team communication
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner teams from different countries
• Helping keep learning projects organized by supporting coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities

Elvárások:

• Full-time student status
• Interest in digital learning, AI tools, communication, or knowledge sharing
• Communicate confidently in English
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
• Basic analytical skills and enjoy working with information

Munkaidő:

• At least 20 hour per week
• Monday to Friday

• Gross hourly wage of HUF 2,145 (tax-free for those under 25, in accordance with current Hungarian legislation)
