We are seeking an analytical Customer Service Representative to join our partner's international team in Budapest. In this role, you will manage a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring seamless order fulfillment from entry to delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal logistics, finance, and regional sales teams to provide high-quality support.

• accurately manage and input complex customer orders.
• proactively coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
• maintain long-term relationships with a designated client base.
• ensure meticulous documentation and resolution of any order-related inquiries.
