For our international partner working in manufacturing, we are looking for a new Customer Service Representative colleague for the office in Zsámbék. If you speak English and any of the following languages - Polish or Italian or French or Czech / Slovak or Romanian or Portuguese or Turkish - well and are driven to provide excellent customer support, click to apply now!

  • Case handling, addressing inquiries, complaints, and various customer-related issues
  • Assisting customers in placing orders efficiently
  • Providing support in managing customs documents, with the opportunity for learning and improvement
  • Handling customer inquieries, especially on the Polish or Italian market

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Excellent English and Polish or Italian or French or Czech / Slovak or Romanian or Portuguese or Turkish language knowledge
  • Previous Customer service experience is an advantage but not a must
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Great communication and organization skills
  • Reliable personality who can cooperate well
  • University degree
