Description

1. Deal Support Manager

• Review and prioritize incoming requests
• Collect essential details from requestors to set up deals
• Create deals and quotes in the SAP Harmony system
• Start approval workflows for quotes in Harmony
• Coordinate with teams like Service Delivery, Commercial, Legal, and Finance to get necessary approvals
• Send order forms for signature via DocuSign after approvals

2.Contract Specialist

• Learn and apply the standard contracting process for Premium Engagement and Professional Services
• Prepare most contracts using automated tools
• Work with specialists to create larger or non-standard customer contracts
• Review contracts to ensure correct templates, compliance, and business rules
• Advise Sales on contract issues and support improvements in the EMEA contracting process

3.Projects

• Lead initiatives to automate and standardize contract creation for faster delivery
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to improve customer experience
• Develop efficient cross-country support processes

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Polish
• Strong organizational skills
• Good understanding of corporate business practices and contracting principles
• Ability to follow internal processes and ensure all approvals are properly documented
• Skilled at identifying risks, suggesting solutions, and escalating issues when needed
• Take ownership of problems and ensure quick resolution
• Communicate clearly about deal or contract issues and confidently join ad-hoc meetings
