As an IT Consultant, you will:

• Actively guide clients toward adopting company and industry‑leading practices.
• Understand complex business workflows and convert them into technical specifications, performing necessary system adjustments.
• Implement new product functionalities, ensure smooth integration, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Create and present training materials, conduct training sessions, and prepare analytical reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

What you will need to succeed:

• 2+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and configuring software development solutions.
• Hands‑on configuration experience within an international work environment. 
• Experience in a client‑facing / consulting role.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Technical CRM/ERP expertise.
• Master Data Management knowledge.
