CORPORATE CONTROLLER | PERFORMANCE, DATA & AI

Behind the scenes, our corporate services, planning and Finance teams ensure that everyone can do their job smoothly. Within Finance, we are currently looking for a Corporate controller | Performance, data & AI (m/f/x) to strengthen the team.

What does the role involve?

• You analyse revenue, margins, costs and profitability and translate trends and variances into clear insights and recommendations;
• You work closely with our international entities and ensure high-quality, consistent and timely financial and operational data;
• You take ownership of group reporting and translate reporting needs into relevant KPIs, dashboards and management reports;
• You support budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews and identify risks and opportunities;
• You use data analytics, automation and AI to make reporting, forecasting and financial processes more efficient;
• You act as a Finance Business Partner and support management with financial insights to enable well-informed decision-making;
• You support the integration of new companies into our reporting, systems and financial processes.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a master’s degree in finance, economics, business engineering or a related field;
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in controlling or a similar role;
• You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and know how to look beyond the numbers;
• You can translate business questions into clear reporting and relevant insights.
• You have very good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365;
• You have experience with dashboarding and reporting automation. Knowledge of Odoo is an advantage;
• You have experience with AI tools or a strong interest in applying AI to financial analysis and reporting;
• You have a good command of English and feel comfortable working in an international environment
