Are you a highly energetic and dedicated Controller with a passion for excellence and a knack for strategic financial management? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our partner's global team and play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the EMEA region.

For over 75 years, REHAU have been a global leader in the plastics industry, specializing in furniture components like edgebands, surfaces, and tambour door systems. They are looking for someone with a robust understanding of financial principles and a strong technical background in controlling.

Strategic Leadership: Drive strategic projects and ensure financial goals are met across the EMEA region.
Financial Analysis: Oversee and analyze processes across the entire value chain (Supply Chain, Production, and Sales).
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare, analyze, and forecast financial statements, providing timely and accurate reports and KPIs to senior management.
Decision-Making: Conduct in-depth variance analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key business decisions.
Operational Control: Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support internal and external audits.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into financial processes.

Elvárások / Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in manufacturing. (Master's degree or CPA/CMA is a plus)
Skills & Tools: You are proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI). VBA Macro knowledge is highly preferred
You are proactive, results-oriented, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
Languages: Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage
