Your new role 
✓ Monitoring complex system components and responding to alerts
✓ Executing daily operational and recurring tasks
✓ Handling customer service requests and incident tickets
✓ Troubleshooting issues based on clear documentation
✓ Coordinating with resolver teams and partners
✓ Participating in outage calls and escalation processes
✓ Providing internal training on system functions as needed
✓ Maintaining detailed reports and logs

What you'll need to succeed 

✓ You are able to provide professional high quality support to customers across 3 shifts.
✓ You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis.
✓ You have adequate communication skills, a solution-focused mind and strong team spirit.
✓ You have experience of working with ITSM ticketing systems, and in IT operations.
✓ You are familiar with ITIL processes.
✓ You have IT attitude, a willingness to learn new systems.
✓ You are open to continuously extend your professional skills
✓ You are a stress-resistant, team player.


Additional requirements, at least from the list below:
✓ Have knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
✓ Basic networking backgrounds (TCP/IP)
✓ Basic database (SQL) knowledge
✓ Scripting skills (Perl, PHP, Bash, Python or anything similar)
✓ Several years‘ relevant experience in IT application operation
✓ A Bachelor's degree is an advantage
