Our partner is a fast-growing, innovation-driven company building and deploying AI solutions across Space, Manufacturing, AdTech, and FinTech. They combine state-of-the-art research with robust engineering to solve real-world problems at production scale.

  • End-to-End Enterprise Sales: Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure, consistently hitting revenue targets through proactive new business acquisition.

  • C-Level Advisory: Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying committees.

  • Strategic RFP & Grant Management: Lead complex tender processes and secure international, HU, and EU funding (R&D, digital transformation) with a deep understanding of compliance frameworks.

  • Consultative Solution Design: Conduct structured needs analyses to co-create AI transformation strategies that deliver measurable ROI for enterprise clients.

  • Global Market Expansion: Develop and manage cross-border opportunities across the US, EU, and GCC markets, handling regional compliance and negotiation dynamics.

  • Strategic Networking: Leverage an extensive professional network to build alliances with consulting firms and technology partners for joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • Sales Discipline & Governance: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and funnel mathematics to ensure forecasting accuracy and transparent pipeline reporting.

  • Market Thought Leadership: Represent the company at international events and contribute to AI-focused marketing insights and executive briefings.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Elite Enterprise Sales Track Record: 5+ years of experience in consultative selling (AI, SaaS, or Digital Transformation) with a documented history of hitting targets and acquiring new logos.

  • RFP & Grant Funding Expertise: Proven success in winning complex tenders and securing HU/EU innovation grants or funding from international institutional bodies.

  • C-Suite Executive Presence: Exceptional negotiation skills and the confidence to act as a peer to C-level stakeholders in high-stakes deal environments.

  • Extensive Strategic Network: A robust, active professional network (domestic and international) that can be leveraged to accelerate deal cycles.

  • Analytical Sales Governance: A data-driven mindset focused on funnel mathematics, pipeline predictability, and disciplined CRM management.

  • AI & Tech Fluency: Ability to bridge the gap between technical architecture (APIs, AI models) and strategic business value for the client.

  • Ownership & Resilience: An entrepreneurial "owner" mentality with total accountability for the sales process from lead generation to final contract.

  • Global Mobility & Growth Mindset: Readiness for international travel and a commitment to continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
