Consolideur (F/M)

Your role:

You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Participation in the preparation of the closing schedule and consolidation instructions;
• Supporting French and foreign subsidiaries in the submission of consolidation packages and monitoring of integrated information: reconciliation of intercompany flows, consistency check of flows, monitoring of net assets, etc.
• Accounting and monitoring of consolidation operations (scope, eliminations, restatements, etc.), reconciliation of shareholders' equity, preparation of tax proof and cash-flow statement, etc.
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements and accompanying notes in IFRS format (half-yearly) and the consolidated Reporting Package in Chinese GAAP -close to IFRS- (quarterly) within the required timeframe and quality level;
• Documenting and justifying consolidation work to the statutory auditors;
• Monitoring IFRS standards and supporting subsidiaries during the implementation of new standards.

Your Profile 

• With a Master's degree (business school, Master's degree in Finance), you currently have successful experience in consolidation within an international group.
• You have solid knowledge of accounting frameworks and the consolidated financial statements production process, and you are proficient in IFRS standards.
• Experience with Cegid Consolidation software is a significant asset, and Excel holds no secrets for you. Knowledge of SAP ERP and the industrial environment are a plus.
• You have perfect command of English, both spoken and written, which is essential in an international context. A big advantage French.
