Our client European Institute Of Innovation and Technology (EIT) looks for a new colleague as

Communication Officer

Place of work: Budapest, Hungary

Feladatok

• Communication campaigns: support the conceptualisation and execution of major communication campaigns, including for flagship events (e.g. EIT Awards, EIT Water, Education & Skills Days);

• Content development: draft news items and updates for the EIT website and social media channels; design visual materials for website and social media, presentations, and other communication assets.

• Daily press and communications opportunity monitoring and archiving of press articles, interviews and media monitoring or relevant information.

• Support: provide administrative, logistical and coordination support to the Communication Section, including liaising with the Publications Office on graphic and publication deliverables; supporting the planning and organisation of EIT meetings and events.

Elvárások

Professional experience:

• Minimum of three years' relevant experience in the field, or four years of experience if the completed university studies were shorter than four years;

• Ability to demonstrate experience of above tasks through different professional experience;

• A minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in communications, or related discipline.

Qualification:

• A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma.

Language skills:

• Excellent command of the English language (at least C1 Level based on the Common Framework of Reference Languages).

IT Skills:

• Computer literacy and in particular excellent use of MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Working hours:

• 40 hours/week

• Competitive salary: 3,700–5,400 EUR gross/month (paid in HUF at a pre-agreed fixed exchange rate), based on relevant experience
