Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Slovenia,
- Lead and motivate a team of 4 professionals,
- Manage marketing campaigns and dealer relationships,
- Monitor market trends and propose strategic adjustments,
- Ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance.
What We Are Looking For:
- College/university degree, preferably in economics, finance, or sales,
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive sector (dealerships, importers, leasing, or fleet management),
- Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience,
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Slovenian automotive market, financial and economic knowledge, regulatory awareness, and understanding of business processes,
- Fluent English (C1) and native-level Slovenian.
- Candidates must have the right to work in Slovenia; Slovenian citizenship or permanent residency is preferred.
