Our business partner is looking for English speaking After-Sales Technical Support Specialists to join their team.
If you have experience in customer support, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for the clients' dealers and service partners across Europe. 

You will:

  • Provide expert technical support to dealers and service partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, track spare parts, and manage the logistics of exceptional shipments.
  • Manage cases from initial contact to resolution, ensuring all issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including warranty, logistics, and finance).
  • Assist in translating training materials and delivering both remote and on-site training sessions for partners.
  • Support reporting efforts, data reconciliation, and periodic financial settlements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, data security, and customer satisfaction.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Previous experience in Technical Support or similar field is an advantage but we also welcome entry-level candidates
  • Fluent or native English knowledge
  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Great problem-solving skills and technical thinking
  • Basic understanding of IT
  • Team spirit, accountability, and a structured work style
  • Willingness to work in shifts
