We are looking for an Authentication Operations Support professional to join a global enterprise IT team responsible for authentication and identity access management services. This is an entry-level role offering strong learning and development opportunities in enterprise security technologies and application integration.

• Provide operational support within the Authentication Services environment on the enterprise platform.

• Collaborate with system administrators, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Support integration and onboarding of applications into Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.

• Execute change management and incident management processes using ServiceNow or similar tools, following documented procedures.

• Coordinate with vendor support, system administrators, and architects to track issues through resolution.

• Work in a structured team environment while also handling tasks independently with minimal supervision.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in English.

• Participate in shift-based work schedule supporting multiple regions (no night shifts).

Elvárások / Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant IT or technical support experience in authentication, IAM, or enterprise application environments, but we are open for fresh graduate applications as well

• Basic understanding of:

  • Enterprise authentication and authorization solutions

  • Identity & Access Management technologies

  • Unix/Linux systems (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6/7/8)

  • Web servers, application servers, DMZ, load balancers (BIG-IP, 3DNS, VIP), and firewalls

• Strong written and verbal business English communication skills.

• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work under pressure.

• Strong work ethic, process-driven mindset, and team-player attitude.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience with PingFederate and/or PingAccess.

• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, or other IAM protocols.

• Experience in Linux patching and server maintenance.
