Our partner is looking for an Assistant for their Purchasing team, supporting the Procurement Manager. If you have great organizational and communication skills, you speak German and English and would like to work in a multinational company, apply here. 

  • Support the procurement manager and the purchasing team 
  • Arrange, organize and follow-up meetings, workshops, and conferences
  • Draft emails and notes in English and German
  • Administration and organization of appointments
  • Organization of meetings with external visitors
  • Prepare supplier business reports
  • Create presentations
  • Trip organization and settlement of travel costs
  • Keep contact with other departments, consulting with procurement managers

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Completed high school education 
  • English and German language knowledge
  • Business thinking
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications 
  • Organization talent 
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Trustworthy, reliable
