Application Support Specialist

Application Support Specialist Our multinational partner is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join their team in Budapest.
What you’ll do:

• Provide expert-level support for ERP and HR systems (e.g. Epicor iScala, SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur)
• Configure systems, manage access rights, and troubleshoot accounting and data issues
• Build and maintain reports using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL
• Collaborate with developers to implement integrations and customizations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to cost reduction initiatives
• Support automation efforts using tools like Power Automate
• Ensure data integrity and security across platforms

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in application/system support
• Strong SQL skills for reporting and data manipulation
• Hands-on experience with ERP and HR systems (Epicor, SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur)
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) and automation platforms
• Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and user experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
