AFR Operations Manager
We are looking for a leader who has a strong understanding of day-to-day air freight operations and is capable of managing, supporting, and developing a team of 10 operational professionals.
Feladatok

Full coordination and professional oversight of air freight operations

Supporting daily operations, handling critical cases and escalations

Maintaining relationships with key customers, airlines, and business partners

Leading and managing a team of 10 employees

Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members

Monitoring KPIs, reporting, and performance management
-
Supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
-
Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other related departments

Several years of relevant experience in an air freight forwarding environment

Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience

Confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Strong operational mindset and problem-solving skills

Decisive yet collaborative leadership approach

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Strong user-level IT skills (MS Office)
