Accounts Payable Supplier Data Associate

An Accounts Payable Supplier Data Associate position has opened at our prestigious, worldwide-known multinational partner.
The Accounts Payable team builds and maintains the systems that support employee compliance and enable management oversight of the Global Cash Disbursement policy. This position reports directly to the Supplier Maintenance Manager and is part of the Global Supplier Maintenance team.
As an Accounts Payable Supplier Data Associate, your tasks will be: 

• Creating supplier records in line with established procedures, updating banking details for vendors and employees, and coordinating with financial controls and key stakeholders.
• Procuring and managing global software solutions to support efficient supplier payment processes.
• Ensuring that every update to the Global Cash Disbursement Policy is aligned with and reinforced by the existing oversight framework.
• Overseeing the Global Cash Disbursement Policy via an automated workflow system, ensuring the firm’s credit standing remains unaffected.

What you will need to succeed:
 

• 3–4 years of experience in Finance/Accounts Payable
• Experience with vendor management within AP.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
• Excellent communication skills in English. 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Oracle or Coupa systems is a plus.
