Pozíció leírása:

• Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the accounting team.
• Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, preparing financial statements, and ensuring their quality control.
• Preparing tax returns and financial reports while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Developing budgets and financial plans, monitoring costs and revenues.
• Continuously improving financial systems and internal control processes.
• Supporting the professional development of the accounting team through training and mentoring.
• Liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial experts.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures in accounting processes.

Elvárások:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting.
• People management experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and taxation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Good command of English; French or German language skills are an advantage.
