Quality Engineer

Tasks

This position will participate in the building and operating of an innovative and unique 30+ Gigawatt-hour (GWh) battery cell manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity to be part of the future of the electric vehicle industry and its road toward de-carbonization. Customer docking: Handle customer on-site delivery exceptions; Handle quality issues with products loaded onto customer sites; Timely provide feedback to the company on customer on-ite issues and serve customers. Warehouse product repackaging: Handle the repackaging of products shipped to warehouse; Conduct electrical performance retesting on products that have been flipped over; Handle the defective products found during the flipping process. Warehouse Management: Establish a warehouse safety management system and safety operating procedures for loading, unloading, unpacking, testing, and other operations, and supervise their implementation; Customers returning batteries should have their safety checked on the same day to confirm that there are no safety hazards before storing them in a third-party warehouse Establish a ledger for the entry, exit, and transfer of items (including defective product in the finished warehouse, and conduct monthly inventory checks.

Requirements

Diploma (Bsc) or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and academic training will be considered Apply the seven major QC tools to solve problems, understand the requirements of the quality management system, and master the IATF16949 system requirements and five major tools. Proficient in writing and reviewing reports using tools such as FA fault tree, fishbone diagram, 8D, etc.; Has strong stress resistance and communication and coordination skills. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
