Financial Controller
Tasks:
- Carrying out financial controlling tasks (preparation of plan – actual comparison reports).
- Performing cost controlling tasks (cost analysis, plan-actual comparison, operation and development of cost center structure)
- Regular business forecasting and monitoring.
- Close cooperation with the general ledger accountant.
- Participation in the compilation of cash flow and liquidity plans.
- Active contribution to the monthly, quarterly and annual closing tasks, preparation of controlling reports.
- Taking a key role in the design and implementation of the annual / monthly business planning process.
- Registration, bookkeeping and reconciliation of fixed assets and current assets.
- Preparation of internal financial analyses and statements based on management's needs.
- Preparation of bank transfers, and invoice payments
- Detection and control of costs and deviations affecting the areas involved in the operation of the company.
- Participation in the preparation of statistical reports.
- Management of financial master data.
- Continuous monitoring and coordination of running state subsidies
- Performing inventory-related tasks, inventory evaluation.
- Performing internal control related tasks within finance and accounting.
- Other ad-hoc analytics based on management request.
- Making proposals on cost reduction.
Expectation:
- 1-3 year experiences in similar position
- Communication in English, both verbal and written is a must
- Skilled in Microsoft office tools
- knowledge of SAP
- 1 shift (office shift)
- University education is a plus
