On behalf of our client, a prestigious Hungarian law firm, we are looking for a candidate to fill the following full-time position:


Main tasks:
- Classic Personal Assistance tasks for a Partner: diary management, scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, business trips and conference calls
- Welcoming the guests and clients
- Preparing correspondence, legal documents, processing mails, faxes, letters and reports
- Maintaining, archiving and updating contacts, and files
- Opening and sorting incoming mails, answering phone calls and taking messages
- Typing from audio
- Other administration tasks
- Manage private manners of the Partner
- Provide legal secretarial support to the team

- Higher degree (preferable college or university degree)
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role (personal or executive assistant, team assistant)
- Excellent English language knowledge both in written and in oral
- Touch typing skills is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel and Word)
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, positive attitude
- Quick, precise and demanding working style
