Call Centre Personnel - Manchester, City, M22 4SY

Salary: £14,000-£16,000 per annum, plus bonuses and 2 pay reviews a year.

The Role
As a Customer Retentions Advisor you will deal with calls from existing customers that may be looking to cancel their telecom, broadband or mobile services. You will use objection handling and negotiation skills to explore and resolve these cancellation requests. You will also ensure that customers proposing to leave their contract early are aware of the consequences of early termination fees.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm.

•Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs by retaining customers
•Resolve a wide range of complaints that have led to cancellation requests
•Discuss the benefits of our product packages in contrast with other providers
•Provide solutions to customers that are ceasing to trade selling their business
•Ensure accounts are escalated properly and customers are aware of the consequences of early termination fees

Skills and Experience Required
•Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport
•Able to negotiate and influence confidently at all levels
•Experience of a call centre, customer services or telecoms background
•Direct retentions or sales experience is advantageous
•Excellent customer care skills and customer focused attitude
•Self motivation with positive approach to targets
