Ensures that the team would achieve the expected service levels. Supervises employees with identical or similar professional competences. Distributes the tasks to his/her direct reports, oversees the implementation of tasks, and ensures even workload of the members of the group. Allocates resources (shift schedules, vacation schedules, substitution plans). Organizes induction of new employees and takes part in it. Makes proposals for setting performance goals. Ensures the effective use of integrated corporate tools; handles compliance with processes, procedures and standards. Has the budget frames under his/her responsibility observed, prepares cost location plan. Takes part in the selection of new employees, suggests dismissals and promotions. Sets goals for the group: helps in clarification of individual responsibilities; distributes tasks to individuals, and sets priorities daily; determines execution deadlines and quality expectations.
