Team Leader

Position Description

• Ensures that the team could give the expected service levels
• Gives tasks to direct colleagues, checks if it’s are done, ensures the equable strain
• Allocates resources (shift posts, holidays, deputy plans)
• Takes part in cost planning of the given work team
• Organizes freshmen trainings and takes part in the trainings
• Set performance goals and their evaluation
• Transmit service and other business information to the team
• Ensures the team’s well-being, helps improving the teamwork and manages conflicts
• Takes part of recruiting new colleagues, makes proposals for hiring and layoffs
• Escalation management

Position Requirements

• University/College degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• At least intermediate, active German AND English knowledge
• Experience in IT technologies and operation
• Experience in leading a team (1-3 years)
• People Management skills
• Excellent communication skills, great loadability and flexibility
• Willingness of travelling (max. 15%)
