Responsibilities:
- Review of aging reports and monitor the progress of cash collections on a regular basis
- Monitor the performance of cash collectors against individual cash goals set and guide them in meeting and exceeding their cash targets
- Attending conference calls with client and customers to ensure issues and disputes in cash collections are escalated timely and appropriately
- Calling customers with identified issues for faster resolution
- Foster and maintain good business relationships with internal and external functions
- Foster and maintain good team spirit by providing constant individual feedback and training
- Preparation and analysis of monthly results
Requirements:
- University or college degree (preferably in finance or accounting)
- Fluency in English plus French / Spanish / Italian / German
- Experience in credit & collection functions
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role in similar area
- Good communication and people management skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
