Responsibilities:
Active day to day involvement in all functions and techniques of professional recruitment Consultancy practice
Establish, develop and maintain effective, professional and commercial business relationships with clients
Implement effective time planning and business development techniques to bring in new clients to the division/Company
Maintain good market awareness of recruitment trends and competitor activities to fulfill customer needs, and maximise new business opportunities
Attend networking events, client entertainment and industry job fairs as required
Work as an effective and value added part of the divisional team
Demonstrate a consistent and solid work ethic relevant to division and market sector
Be professional and an ambassador of your division and Hays at all times
Skills
High standard of communication skills in both Hungarian and English / written and spoken
Customer Focus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good listening skills and a genuine interest in others
Effective time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Sales orientated
Self motivated/Target Driven
Experience / Qualification
Higher education BS or M.Sc
Excellent Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
1-2 years experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
Previous sales experience is an advantage
