Quality Project Manager

Our partner is a world leader pharmaceutical company looking for a new colleague in its new plant in Komárom to the following position: Quality Project Manager.

Feladatok:

- Perform all activities in accordance with GMP guidelines
- Manage quality projects from plan creation through to execution in accordance to agreed timelines.
- Identify resources needed to successfully complete projects and assign responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to reliably administer and distribute correspondence and enquiries.
- Coordinate the Quality Incident Reporting system.
- Organise and record meeting minutes as requested.
- Receive, log and distribute all incoming mail.
- Ensure all departmental invoices are correctly handled, recorded and processed.
- Work in a manner that ensures the safety of self, other personnel and visitors to the site, and conform to the requirements of current legislation.
- Maintain communication with Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance and line management.
- To adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Quality.

Elvárások:

- University or College degree
- Relevant, several years of working experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Solid knowledge and understanding of GMP and pharma documentation system (SOP, OOS, Deviations etc.)
- Solid knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Previous experience in project management
- Very good computer skills, especially Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Very good communication, organizational and analitical skills
