We are looking for candidates to its European SSC to setup its Regional P2P Support Group inBudapest.
Implement developments and provide testing support to the whole Ariba application, SAP MM module, and business warehouse
Ensure proper usage of the Ariba suite, SAP MM and BW reporting, and resolve ongoing issues
Support AP system applications
Manage Ariba data tables and coordinate master data changes
Increase the degree of process automation with suppliers and local procurement organizations
Onboard suppliers to the Ariba Supplier Network
Setting up e-catalogues, e-invoicing and business forms
Deliver first level support and system administration for the entire Ariba spend management suite (e-Sourcing, Contract Workbench, Buyer) and Ariba Supplier Network
Handle all incoming calls/e-mails from the business and suppliers in relation to Ariba, SAP MM and BW spend management reporting first level support.
Assist end-users with general use and navigation queries.
College or university degree
Experience in procurement is a must
Fluent English is a must, German language knowledge is an advantage
Experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre in a support function is a plus
Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills
Analytical capability, good IT skills
Knowledge of Ariba or SAP desirable, but initial training will be offered for this position
