Operations Manager - Accounting [ST-GEOM01]

Our client is a multinational business services and technology solutions provider. They are currently looking for a talendted Operations Manager with experience from the field of finance and accountancy.

Tasks

- Coordinate the work of the operations team (35 team members)
- Responsible for multiple processes for one customer (AP, GL)
- Maintain regular contact with the client (verbal and written communication)
- Active participation in identifying and correcting any process related issues coming from customer
- Exact knowledge of agreements of the customer, responsibility for their realization
- Organize and lead project initiatives
- Prepare regular reports
- Fulfill all administrative requirements (attendance, headcount management etc)
- Ensure NPS results are meeting with company

Requirements

- University or college degree
- 2 - 5 years of people management experience preferably in the fields of finance, accounting and customer service.
- Advanced level of English
- Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Excellent communications skills (including verbal/ written/ presentation skills)
- Project management skills and experience
- Strong leadership and motivation skills
- High level of flexiblity and independence
- Logical and operational way of thinking, initiative, result orientation
- Excellent time management skills
- Good presentation and organisation skills, excellent decision-making skills
