Italian speaker Customer Specialist (Front Office)

Italian Customer Specialist position is open at our multinational client who frequently started to operate in Hungary and covers whole Europe with their services. The company which has a continuously growing shared service centre in Budapest offers competitive salary, high-tech working environment and a dynamic, friendly team. The chosen candidate would be responsible for in shifts:

• Keeping contact actively with the clients of the company
• Answering customer queries via phone and email
• Resolving the appearing issues
• Managing customer orders
• Running the database of the customers and clients
• Working closely with the colleagues in order to provide efficient support to the customers

In accordance with attracting the very best people, candidates have University or College degree with some experience preferably in an SSC environment, but fresh graduates are also welcome. 
The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills, good attention to detail, customer oriented attitude, IT literacy and has fluent English and Italian language knowledge.
