On behalf of our multinational client activates in the service sector we are looking for candidate for the position:
The position includes the following tasks:
-Understand the procedures and documentation requirements for cases to be filed.
-Work with clients to gather the necessary information and documentation in a timely manner.
-Prepare forms, support letters, and other documents accurately according to information received from clients.
-Keep contact with clients and the authorities via email, phone and in person.
-Finalize and submit immigration application packages to the appropriate governmental agency.
- Monitor cases and track deadlines and expiration dates.
-Administer case progress and milestones in the appropriate tracking software in an accurate and timely manner.
-Assist with the billing protocols and ensure that guidelines are met.
-Secondary school diploma (university/college degree is a definite advantage)
-Experience with immigration processes, documentation requirements for EU and non EU nationals
-Good communication skills in Hungarian and in English (written and oral)
-Good knowledge of Office products (Ms Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
-Positive and client-service attitude, willingness to work in a dynamic multinational environment
-Attention to details, ability to prioritize
(It can be an advantage:
-Gained experience at Hungarian Immigration Authority (“BÁH”)
-Experience with expatriate relocation coordination)
