Our client is a stable industry-leading American multinational corporation, who is looking for a new Receptionist colleague. If you would like to use your English language knowledge and have experience in a similar role, they are looking for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Handles administrative tasks, screen filter internal and external telephone calls and correspondence, handles incoming and outgoing mails

Administer CSS EMEA ordering process, retain file approved requisitions and be main point of contact for suppliers

Coordinates and contacts with the maintenance, landlord in relation with problems experienced in the office areas, requests for repairs and follow up
-
Keeps the conference room and kitchen area tidy, maintains office and kitchen supplies

Welcomes visitors, informing staff of their arrival
-
Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks in addition to reception duties

Acts as an information source on organization policies and procedures

Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges

Deputies for admin support to managing director

Assists in preparing meetings with employees and external visitors and welcome external visitors of the management board

Managing the order of support materials for meetings, conferences, special functions, etc. including the scheduling of rooms and assisting with any required logistics, etc.

Helping in new joiner onboarding administration (badge photos, badge request)

Organizes official photo shoots for new joiners

Organizes job interviews (consultation with the interviewees and the candidate (and sometimes lease companies), sending appointment request and confirmation e-mail)

Provides other ad-hoc administration and HR tasks

Fluency in English

1-2 years experience in a similar position
