Human Resources & Office Operations Manager

Our partner is a leading telecommunication operator in the CEE region, Turkey, Caucasus, Middle-East and beyond. Currently we are looking for an HR & Office Operations Manager in Budaörs.

Feladatok:

- Implementing and managing all HR related policies, procedures and programs
- Managing daily HR operations
- Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
- Handling end-to-end HR related daily operations such as recruitment, orientation, training, performance & career management, payroll administration, coaching and etc.
- Providing HR support for employee related issues to ensure HR Business Partnership establishment
- Implementing and executing HR projects
- Monitoring organizational structure and preparing related documentations
- Managing day to day operations and coordinating facility & fleet management
- Executing facility operations by organizing office layout, supplying office equipment and stationary
- Working closely with central HR & Administrative team and providing routine reports

Elvárások:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law or Social Science
- Minimum 5 years of HR and administrative affairs experience, of which majority should be HR generalist
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian and Austrian Labor Laws and regulations
- Knowledge of office administration
- Readiness to international travels
- Formal business language is English, German knowledge is an asset
- Master’s degree in HR is preferred
