Our client is a US-based, leading provider of customer software development, integration and maintenance services. We are looking for new members for their customer service department with great possibilities.
- Handle incoming phone calls - Accepts and starts to process, solve or forward SW/HW and telephony problems - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems - Accepts and supports SW and HW orders - Analyses requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
- Native or fluent French AND English knowledge - 1-3 years of experience in desktop support helpdesk or other experience in IT support - Ability to use German or Italian as a 3rd language is advantage - Strong problem solving skills - Good communications and customer handling skills
