financial assistant

Tasks:

• Invoice from completed deliveries, controll the flow
• Manage consigment stocks
• Inventory management
• Control of incoming invoices  based on effective contracts, orders and delivery notes
• Treatment of problematic invoices
• Handling of Aviso and backgoods
• Outstanding handling, control of unpaidment invoices
• Handling of petty cash
• Weekly/Monthly financial report
• Monthly report for partners
• Mailing task
• Data supply to accounting
• Administration of bank transfers, control thereof

Requirements:

• min. secondary education (commercial advantage)
• at least 3 years financial experience
• at least intermediate English language skills both orally and in writing
• high level computer skills (Word, Excel, EDI, accounting programs)
• precision, self-employment
• great in time managemet

• experience with Hipermarkets is an advantage
