EHS Coordinator

Our multinational automotive manufacturing partner is looking for their new employee in an EHS Coordinator position.

Feladatok:

- Analyze accidents and environmental incidents to develop action plans
- Prepare and evaluate risk assessments and develop action plans accordingly
- Lead the investigations of all accidents and incidents
- Make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure proper, timely completion of safety/health documentation and recordkeeping
- Report any and all safety and environmental obligations to the Hungarian authorities and upper management
- Create EHS training and awareness programs
- Create and lead the EHS committee, setting goals and realistic deadlines with committee members
- Administer required reoccurring safety training/testing, such as first aid, hilo training, crane training, lock out tag out, confined space, other required training
- Develop action plans based on those evaluations and coordinate the implementation of those actions
- Recommend and provide input in the selection of personal protective equipment
- Provide necessary, accurate, and timely feedback to co-workers and management
- Effectively communicate with co-workers and management personnel to enhance teamwork and communication initiatives

Elvárások:

- Certification in Occupational Safety (with an emphasis in Environmental Health Management)
- Knowledge and understanding of Hungarian environmental and safety rules and regulation
- Experience managing safety and environmental issues within a manufacturing environment required, including experience auditing job sites for health and safety compliance
-Experience with creating safety awareness, training p rograms and ergonomics analaysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Communicational level with the English Language
- The ability to lead and drive projects to completion
