| Duties: |

Task is to create impressive and excellently usable e-learning and training materials.
It is also important that the right candidate can express him/herself to introduce the advantages of the materials.
The daily work is keeping contact with the front offices / customers and creating / correcting / reviewing the material.
All the e-learning materials will be created in English language. |

| Requirements, skills: |
|
E-learning resources at back office needs these skills to produce rapid e-learning:
College/university degree
Pedagogy: preferably experience from e-learning, understanding of different learning styles
Information structure/information architecture
PowerPoint advanced: e.g. creating animations and synchronising sound
iSpring: this is a plug-in to PowerPoint where you can publish and do some advanced multimedia functions.
Creating and modifying graphics
English writing: correct, user friendly and target group adjusted
Bonus skills, for advanced e-learning:
