Dutch Customer Service Specialist

Our client is a multinational organization specialized in providing outsourced customer service solutions to their clients.

Feladatok:

- Provide prompt and polite customer service to the company’s clients
- Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers and record all actions taken to effect resolution of customer problems.
- Conduct first level analysis and contact other technical departments if it is necessary
- Handle incoming queries and address problems with a positive attitude

Elvárások:

- fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- excellent command of Dutch and conversational command of English
