Our client is a Budapest Business Support Centre providing financial and administrative service to its affiliates and is seeking a professional for the
Customer Service Team Leader position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Lead, motivate and develop team competencies and BSC capabilities
- Hire, train, and manage team performance, create and coaches employees; sets individual and team goals
- Manage the team's workflow, directs and coordinates daily tasks within the team and provides day-to-day management
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships regarding specific business issues
- Identifies and participates in continuous improvement activities
- Directs the creation, support and maintenance of procedures documents
- Analyse performance reports and implement operational improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- College/ university degree
- Relevant experience in customer service
- Fluent and active English language knowledge
- Italian/Spanish/French is highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership practice
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
- Comfortable in multi-tasking environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to perform under stress or critical situations
- Strong time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines
