•To own and manage all customer related issues, queries and requests that related to billing and information management processes
•Responsible for billing activities for the company’s entities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
•Independent owning of billing workflows, data control, accurate on-time delivery of bills, taking responsibility for processes, tools and customer contact
•To ensure data quality control activities
•To calculate negative revenue from service credits and penalties
•To maintain working relationships with customers, both internal and external
•Ensure all dependents are supplied with focused, effective, accurate and timely commercial information.
•2-3 years relevant experience in a Business related environment: Commercial, Finance, Sales
•High level knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
•Excellent German and English language knowledge
•Take responsibility for defined activities
•Experience in handling end-to-end commercial projects
•Business- minded, creative, flexible, dynamic personality with strong drive for efficiency and development.
