Bid Specialist

Our Client Company, a business service center operating in Budapest, is looking for new colleagues to join there team as Bid Specialists. The purpose of the Bid & Pricing Team is to develop sales proposals that clearly define a compelling story in order to maximizing chances of winning sales business, on the field of selling services and products.

Feladatok:

- Support the definition and set up of the operational processes that are required to operate the Bid Centre (proposal production and pricing) for the Subsidiaries.
- Develop the processes, tools, content and templates to support the delivery of bid projects
- Plan activities, support the team in implementation, identifying risks and mitigate them, Making sure the schedule is followed and promises made are delivered.
- To act as the champion, promoting new initiatives and proactively feeding back business and process improvements to the central team.

Elvárások:

- 1-3 years experience in bids & proposals – in purchasing and/or sales
- Fluency in English, any other language is an advantage
- Clear understanding of strategic proposal management processes
- Project management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical Skills
