Reporting to the Project and Implementation Lead, the PIE will provide implementation support to the assurance L&E; curriculum team to ensure that all operational aspects of the learning programmes are planned and resourced effectively.
About the role
Lead the delivery of all programme management and administrative services including instructing Customer Services. The Programme Implementation Executive will work with the Curriculum leaders and/or L&E; Business Manager to:
• Turn programme design into implementation instructions and liaise with customer services where appropriate. • Informing curriculum leaders of costs, including relevant contract authorisation, and raising external supplier PO's as well as managing the invoice validation system. • Ensure that there are adequate processes in place to monitor pipelines/waitlists and maintain accurate records of programme participants in line with mandatory training requirements within Assurance. • Suggest suitable training locations using internal and external networks to source venues that are in keeping with standardised processes. • Work with appropriate parties to identify tutor/facilitators needs including owning and driving in-team tracking tools. • Ensure that any non-standard processes are avoided. In the unlikely event that they are needed, secure resources or implement processes to carry them out. • Discuss evaluation process and consult with curriculum leaders on ways to streamline using existing technology. • Understand and work within a regulated line of service with a specific focus on the use of new technology ie IQ, offline player and advanced reporting from Cornerstone. • Provide and coordinate monthly information for the team including summary KPI and operational metrics
In addition:
• Coordinate Assurance Technical monthly financial position including management of accruals and forecasting • Own and drive the project management support to the curriculum team for Years 1 - 4 as well as other identified student entry routes. • Provide project management support to specialist learning teams such as Risk Assurance as well as support to the Graduate Induction team when collaboration is required across One L&D.; • Support the L&E; Business manager in managing the relationship between the team and customer services, being the first point of contact for escalation and resolution of issues. • Contribute to the Assurance communication plan and be the key link between the various curriculum teams. • Provide on-site support for large scale Assurance events on an ad-hoc basis.
• Experience of providing project support to development managers in a professional services environment • Intermediate to advanced excel skills with an eye for detail and accuracy • Working knowledge of the Cornerstone LMS (reporting) • Ability to contribute to and deliver against project plans and agreed timeframes • Experience in understanding and analysing processes using current best practice to propose and implement continuous process improvements • Experience in instructing and using service centres where appropriate to deliver operational excellence and quality services • Experience in managing third party providers and contracts • Experience in building relationships and influencing
