For our multinational partner we are looking for a
Turkish Speaking Travel & Expense Analyst
Turkish Speaking Travel & Expense Analyst
Location:
Budapest
Responsibilities:
- Review Travel & Expense Reimbursements received
- Financial administration including Purchase Order creation, Travel & Expense administration
- Scan and verify invoices and check if invoices are aligned with country specific tax and legal requirements
- Check claims which are not posted automatically, investigate and correct any errors
- Prepare reports and analyses for the business to determine the level of compliance and non-compliance
- Provide end-to-end customer support for employees globally
- Coordinate back office queries related to claims and employee requests for travel and corporate credit cards
- Provide information for financial reports and planning
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish and English is a must
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Financial environment (AP, P2P, T&E)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Result and customer oriented personality
- Relevant Financial degree is an advantage
- SAP or other ERP knowledge is an advantage
