Test Engineer

The role in which we want to challenge you
•    Test Engineer works as part of the Test Engineering organization in order to provide technical support for the test processes within the manufacturing facilities.
•    Responsible for the development of product/process verification testing in order to ensure high quality products are shipped to the customer, continued quality/cost improvements are achieved and to support manufacturing operations.


Your responsibilities in the role
•    Work up front with the customer to ensure a diagnosable and testable product.
•    Develop and maintain test specifications and documentation.
•    Verify initial products and identify manufacturability, testability, design and process deficiencies.
•    Support and identify process improvements without sacrificing quality.
•    Analyze and improve test yields.
•    Analyze and resolve test rejects and other system related failures.
•    Ensure preventative maintenance is performed and equipment uptime is improved.
•    Develop cost effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
•    Develop test and diagnostic programs.
•    Analyze and resolve test rejects and other system related failures.

Our requirements towards you
•    University or College degree in Engineering.
•    Minimum 3 years experience in Electrical Manufacturing Industry
•    High command of written and verbal English.
•    Strong knowledge on measurement technology.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills and excellent analytical skills.
•    Ideally experience in Lean, 6Sigma
