The successful candidate will be responsible for, and should have experience in leading, motivating and managing a team of 10+ people working with partner locations throughout the global company.
The team is dealing with developing product information and offering engineering services for multinational companies in the automotive industry.
They will speak fluent English, be very customer focused, able to build strong business relationships and with some experience of sales activities.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently to manage the local teams and grow the business and will answer directly to the country manager. |

College or university degree
Experience with the automotive industry (preferably not in manufacturing)
Leadership/Management skills and experience
Sales/Negotiating skills and experience
Ability to work proactively and independently
Ability to build strong business relationships
Flexible and stress tolerant |

Fluent English knowledge |
