- 3rd level support for IBM Lotus Notes Domino / Microsoft Exchange servers
- Operation and maintenance of worldwide infrastructures Monitoring, Incident, Problem, Change Management
- Support service for internal and external customers
- Integration of directory services, fax services, internet mail gateways, spam and antivirus solutions, sms services etc.
- Installation and ongoing servicing of IBM Lotus Domino / MS Exchange server for mailbox and application hosting
- Cooperation in worldwide operating working groups
- Designing procedures and methods of effective administration
- Cooperation in designing and implementation of international operational concepts for electronic messaging and collaboration
Requirements
- University degree in communications engineering, computer sciences, electrotechnology or effective knowledge based on own professional experience
- Well-founded knowledge in IBM Lotus Notes Domino and/or MS Exchange
- Notice of server and network concepts
- general experience in server administration
- Good command of English
- Knowledge in workflow
- Good skills in visualization of technical facts
- Ability to work in a team
